ACCOUNT SETUP

Setting up your service with FUD is easy. Simply come by our offices at 122 Durwood Road (click for directions) to establish your account.

Our customer service representatives are available to answer any questions that you may have by calling (865) 966-9741. A copy of your residential/ commercial lease or purchase agreement is necessary to establish service. You’ll complete a simple application that takes about 20 minutes.

A  non-refundable service charge of $35.00 is applied each time residential or commercial service establishment is requested. A refundable utility deposit of $100.00 will be collected for each new customer who does not own the property being served.

Additionally, other charges including meter set fees, sewer tap and connection fees, and/or special service area fees, may apply depending on the situation. For our current Rate Schedule, click here or call us with specific information requests.

DISCONNECTION OF SERVICE

PAYING YOUR BILL

Paying your bill has never been easier.

Pay now through our online payment portal.

You can pay your bill through our automated phone system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at (865) 777-1071.

You can drop off your payment at our office located at 122 Durwood Road Knoxville, TN 37922

You can mail your payment to P.O. Box 22580 Knoxville, TN 37933.

You can pay with cash, check, money orders, or Visa and Mastercard. You can also have your payment deducted automatically from your bank account each month. A $20.00 service charge will be applied to all checks returned due to insufficient funds, stop payments, or a closed account.

Please note: If you use your bank’s online bill payment system, please verify the actual date that we receive the payment. Some systems mail a check, and we may not receive it until several days after you pay online. If it is past the due date for your bill, you will be charged a late fee.

NONPAYMENT AND SERVICE RESTORATION

If your service is turned off due to non-payment, you can have it restored by paying your bill at our offices or online. A service fee of $25.00 is charged for restoration of your service during normal business hours. After hours, the service fee is $30.00. No services will be reinstated after 7 p.m.

Please note: For the protection of our customers and to prevent possible property damage, all water supplies must be turned off prior to the connection of services. If the meter continues to spin after water has been turned on, our technicians will be required to disconnect services. Customers will be then be required to schedule a two hour timeframe for a technician to return while a property representative is available.
