My Account – Online Customer Service Portal

You can pay your bill through our automated phone system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at (865) 777-1071.

You can drop off your payment at our office located at 122 Durwood Road Knoxville, TN 37922.

You can mail your payment to P.O. Box 22580 Knoxville, TN 37933 .

NOTIFICATIONS: Please add your email address to your account in order to receive notifications for planned outages.

You can pay with cash, check, money orders, Visa, Discover, or Mastercard. If you choose to pay with a credit card, there is a 2.45% convenience fee.  You can also have your payment deducted automatically from your bank account each month. A $30.00 service charge will be applied to all checks returned due to insufficient funds, stop payments, or a closed account.

Please note: If you use your bank’s online bill payment system, please verify the actual date that we receive the payment. Some systems mail a check, and we may not receive it until several days after you pay online. If it is past the due date for your bill, you will be charged a late fee.
